We have total faith that when you purchase a product from us you will be very satisfied with what you receive. The quality and construction of our goods is the best we can physically make it. This is why we have no problem offering a 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed or your money back policy for the product purchase price of your order if for any reason you are not happy with it. If you do find you would like to return a product please read the return policy below.

Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 16 days from receival for a change of size, refund of the product purchase price or credit. Returned goods must be as new, unworn, unmarked, not soiled & in same packaging as they were sent out in. Returned goods must include a copy of the purchase receipt & clear instructions of action wanted once returned. You, the purchaser must pay for your own return freight costs. International refunds will be done through Paypal back into the same account the customer used to purchase the goods. Any goods that require a change of size, colour or style will incur repeat freight charges to resend back to the customer and shall be paid by the customer. Spa Stitches will send the customer a freight invoice via paypal which must be paid prior to dispatch.Please note Failure to meet any of the above conditions may result in refund, credit or exchange being denied.

Payment

All prices listed are in Australian Dollars and include GST. Acceptable terms of payment through our online store are via Paypal. If you are an Australian customer wanting to make a bank transfer, send a money order or cheque please contact us by email or phone and arrangements can be made. Goods & Services Tax (GST)

All products include 10% GST. This is shown in the products detail page. GST on products is only charged to Australian customers. GST will be automatically deducted from orders that are destined to be shipped outside of Australia.

Prices & Specials

All Item prices & Special deals are subject to change without notice unless otherwise specified. Freight costs are subject to change without notice and will be listed accordingly for client information before checkout.

Delivery

When purchasing from our online store freight costs will automatically be added to your order respectfully. International orders are delivered by FEDEX & shipping costs will be calculated & visible to the customer through checkout. Australian orders are shipped by contract courier, Allied express or Australian post depending on the local area & size of the order. Tracking numbers are issued to all orders and available on the purchasers request. If it is more convenient to arrange your own means of pickup please do not order online. Come into our showroom to purchase goods or contact us via email or phone to arrange your order & pick up time.

Please allow approximately 1 -12 days for Australian deliveries & up to 3+ weeks for International deliveries. Rural Country areas usually being the later.

Incorrect or Damaged goods

An incorrect supply of goods or goods damaged on delivery must be reported to our office within 2 days (48 hours) of being received. Any disputes after this time may not be rectified by our office.

Delayed Supply

If by chance we are unable to fill an order the item out of stock will be mark as this on the website. Please contact us for an estimated time that any out of stock items will be available again. We are able to place you on our back order system and contact you once stock has been replenished. Once we know when new stock is due in we will usually note the approximate arrival date in a products detail page.
